What is this worm

Idk what it is but it moved so slowly on my reef rock. It looks like a worm and slithers like one.
Good or bad guy?
That’s the best I can do with the photo because it’s really tiny.

I don’t think anyone will be able to give a definitive ID with that photo, but the behavior you described and the color is right for a bristle worm. Good CUC member. Just don’t touch as they have a nasty sting.

Yes actually they do if they are eating something or haven’t seen me.
