What is this worm?

Found this during water change today. Tank was started with dry rock so whatever it is must have gotten through my coral dipping/replugging routine. I’m hoping it’s not a nasty critter.

It is a bristle. Not welcomed in my tanks but no harm unless you touch them LOL
