What is this worm?

I’ve looked through several critter IDs on several sites. Can’t find it. When I first saw it, it was at least 4” long, coming out of a hole in this rock. It retracted the the light. No identifiable characteristics. Looks like one of my kids through a spaghetti noodle into the tank.
