I saw this (or another one?) a few weeks ago in pretty much the same spot, but on the rock, not crawling around on a snail covered in cyano. I managed to catch a video of it this time, but once I went in to grab it, it was gone. Whatever it is, it moves fast.

I believe that is a Dorvilleidae worm. They never caused issues in my tank. I've heard they are reef safe and serve as an addition to your clean up crew.

Hopefully that's the case. I actually just spotted two more tiny (white) worms. Probably just a centimeter long and about as wide as a human hair. If I didn't see them moving/crawling, I would have just assumed they were sponges, which I suddenly have a lot of.

That is not a dorville worm. Get it out of the tank into a jar and take a picture of the head.
From what I can see, that worms head looks like this. If it does, Toss it.

If I see it again (and can catch it), it's coming out regardless. But I'll try to get a picture if I can.

The thing in this video is not the same as the worm. This video is of a pod, which is absolutely beneficial. The worm may or may not be.
I'm surprised, it's so big. Since the tank has been set up, I've added (live) phyto, copepods, tisbe pods and a few things from AlgaeBarn (don't remember which, off the top of my head). If those are pods, I'm guessing they're tisbe pods, I recall those ones being the largest.

Second video is a type of pod. For sure there is so many I can't even say which.

I caught a few more worms. These were smaller white worms. I'm still keeping an eye out for that bigger one I originally posted about. These, however, appear to be bristle worms, according to very similar (microscope) pictures I'm seeing online. Or maybe not, seems the pictures I see online have 2 "dots" and mine have 4, they also have smooth antennas and mine look segmented.
Here's a link to the imgur album.
