What is this?

Referring to the clear tentically thing in the center of the pic. It's magnified 7x so it's pretty small. I have a bunch of wheel hydroids on my glass. Is it a hydroid?

Look up pictures of ball anemones and see if they look like what you have. (The tiny ones...)
