What is this, attached to some live rock I bought and I’m brand new to the saltwater world. TIA

Yeah it does look like that now that I’ve looked a few closed up Zoa images. This is my first reef tank, lots of learning to do.

What’s the chances this would survive without lights and should I scrape these off the rock if their dead or going to die I have lights on order but won’t get them for a week or so.

Just leave them. Scraping them off isn't needed, and they might just survive :)
 
Agreed. They’re currently closed up but don’t look dead to me yet. We often run tanks for a black out period to help with algae control that’s typically 3 or four days. As long as they survive the new tank, I think you’d be fine and they might survive over all. Just be aware certain types can be quite invasive
