what is this?

a couple days ago i found this in my salt water fish tank and i want to know if this thing is safe or not it looks sort of like a sea slug so what is it?

I dont have an answer for you unfortunately, but maybe someone else will. Can you get a closer picture? When I try to zoom in, it pixelates. It might make it easier for someone to identify.

Peanut worm or Spoon worm would be my first thoughts, but I can't say for sure from the pic/vid.

Pictures work best if you take it normal, and then enlarge and crop. I learned this the hard way.
