I just noticed these in my tank, there must be hundreds of them all over the glass. I’m thinking maybe hydroids but not too sure.

From my googling it looks like cleaner shrimp? Any chance of survival?

Doubtful unless you net some and put in another tank to rear, but I don't know what all breeding shrimp entails.
