Coral in quarantine tank are growing these weird translucent tentacles. What are they?

Do the tentacles sway or move around? Looks like a sponge to me but I’m not so sure. A better pic in white lighting will help get more input

Yep, sponge. Harmless/beneficial filter-feeders and tend to dissappear for the most part within a few months
