What is this?

I saw this random thing on my rock and I'm not sure if it's an algae or something else. It's very small and sometimes it retracts into the rock in a split second.

I looked it up and it doesnt look like aptasia. The hair feathers are much finer on this than aptasia so duster worm makes sense.
