So the other day I had to take out my damsels because they were killing my fish so I had to take out rock and what not. Anyways as the dust settled these white spots appeared on my back wall. What are they?

They kind of look like sponges, but it's hard to tell. Are they anywhere else in the tank? Have you added anything recently that have these on it?

I'm in no way an expert yet lol.. I'm pretty sure they are pods, I have them all over my glas and my fish love to munch on them.. I have heard they are good to have... But again, I might be wrong... Hehe

Nope just on the back wall they kinda stick out but I did have sponges intact on my live rock before I started to mess with everything in the tank

I have also had some sort of sponges on one of my rocks, they kinda look like them also, I said pods because the looked small to me...good luck....

Pineapple Sponges are filter feeders, grow in low light, high nutrient areas. They're actually beneficial to your tank in that they help filter our water.

I have had em all over:) they get pretty big! Nothing bad about them just another cool addition letting you know your tank is doing well!
