That's a palythoa or paly for short.

It look like a green paly. They're very fast growers be careful.

Yes the green disk.. Do I need to get something special for it to eat? Or is it like the xenias and just feed off light?

Moved to current forum.

I wouldn't feed it. They will feed off food in the water column when you feed the tank. There is no special care for these guys. They grow super quick.

By super quick do you mean take over the rock? Nuisance? Is it going to crow out anything else that might grow?

They can quickly grow all over the rock and can encroach on other corals.
