What is this?

Does anybody have any idea what this may be. I just saw it this morning in my tank it doesn't look like waste. Just this past week my new tank began the brown algae but I don't think it's related to that . I just tested my level last night and they were all perfect.

Snail eggs. They make that long string like thing? Funny because I just put in 3 snails the other day. I'd rather it be that then something worse. Thanks ritter
