I don't know trade names very well but the first ones look like radioactive dragon eyes. The last pic looks like a baby plate coral on the plug with the zoas.
 
no problem Noob. :P jkjk ! if you can detach those zoas from that plate coral Do so, so they wont die on you. also Try not to break the plate off so it wont die either cause its a baby still, there is a risk of it dying from you snapping it off. or you can just leave it on there. It will grow into a nice big one.

also plate corals tend not to like tons of light just saying. do some research bud. :)! great find.!
 
Just did some research ,, you answered my call , I bought the frag for the zoas thought the plate was dead. I think there's 2 small ones on there how do I detach the plate from the zoas
 
2 options. Get a really sharp knife, or a scopole how ever you spell it. and slice emm off at the mat of the Zoas. try not to bother the Plate cause you can have a re generating rock its on and they will keep producing plates.
