What is this?

I have tiny white creatures the size of a grain of sand crawling on my tank glass, remind me of mites. (hitchhikers?) They are too small to photo with my cell camera and seem to only be at the back, bottom left side of my tank.

Anyone have an idea.

Life just seems to be popping up today in my tank.

Are they moving in jerky motions? They're harpacticoid copepods. They're definitely good guys!
