What is this?!?!

Just brought home a coral today. Mins after I put the coral in the tank I found this. Must have come on the rock.

Mixed reviews on good or bad. The general consensus is that white ones are reef safe while colored ones might bother corals. I have had them in my tank since 2008 and consider them to be part of my CUC.

I concur here. I never see the white ones bother anything but corraline. The colored ones(usually bluish) I have found wrapped around single polyp heads only to find that polyp to never again open.
