The first picture here has some yellow thing (there's actually 2 on the rock) on the bottom side of one of my rocks. (I think that is aiptasia behind it)

The other picture shows some purple and green slime like stuff on my sand IMG_1249.JPG
The last is a slime-like coating on one of my rocks.

Moar flow! What kind of flow do you have in your tank? The first pic does not look like aiptasia, it has bands on it which is just like a feather duster would. Can you get a straight on shot of it?

I'll see if I can get a better picture. As for flow, it's been a battle. I have one Jaebo WP 10 and one other small power head (ebay). Making sure all parts of the tank have flow have definatly been a challenge.

My plan is to start building a new tank stand that will accommodate a sump/refugium (currently running a HOB). I'm going get a DIY kit off ebay to turn a 20-30 gallon aquarium into a sump/refugium. With the return pump, I should get some more flow. I want to do split loc-line return jets. The current HOB pump is very small and is mainly for the skimmer. I re-adjusted one of the power-heads to aim it in a slightly different direction to see if that will help with the flow problem. It doesn't seem like there's a lot of flow in the tank, but then I watch my two clowns "surfing" in the currents. quite comical. Here is a really crappy diagram of the flow in my tank.
