This keeps growing on my zoas even after treating with vibrant.

Looks like a Turf algae. Manual removal and scrubbing with a soft tooth brush, you could try some hydrogen peroxide by applying the solution to the plug and avoiding the zoanthids/or palys by using a Q-tip. If it's Turf Algae is will spread.
 
Thanks for the site! Can't tell if its the red or green. I will pull it out scrub it with a toothbrush and apply peroxide to it.
