What is this

Tank run for 4 months now. Does anybody knows what is this? slime? harmless?

Bacterias slime,give it more movement and it will go

I put a small powerhead in mine to move the water. It helped

Yea it gets nasty for me too, like these guys said more movement will work. I use a paper towel every so often to skim the top and the slime will stick to it.
