I have noticed these stick looking things start growing recently and they have doubled in size the past 2 weeks. I am really concerned and decided to ask for help. Maybe byopsis? But it is a little different looking.

That looks like free fish food to me! I'm not an algae expert but I'm sure someone will chime in soon ;)

My crabs, snails and Lawnmower Blenny all ignore it. My Blenny literally eats everything else but this nasty stuff

Looks almost like the beginnings of turf algae, and as mentioned above it could be the start of Bryopsis plumosa.
