What is this?

New to this, need help identifying what is going on
Tank is about 6 weeks in. 1 month cycling, then I added 2 fish and some coral, and 2 weeks later added 1 other fish and some coral.

Noticed this today, it may have even appeared over night. So what is it, and what do I do about it

I am not sure if it's algae (possibly calcareous) or critter (feather duster type). I will move this thread to hitch-hiker forum for more eyes on.

Saw some of these coming off rocks too, maybe related? These are only single where as the other is a giant patch.
