What is this?

Noticed this growing below my cup coral. I'm not sure what it is, but it kind of looks like a baby rock anemone (the reddish growth with a white fringe)?

Does it feel like an anemone? Does it retract? Any bone structure or all flesh?

It is soft and retracts when disturbed. There is no apparent skeletal structure.

Definitely not an acan.
