What is this?

Just so I can get some opinions. Is this cyano, dinos, or something else? I am on dose 2 of Fluconazole. Anyone have any ideas?

If the green stuff on the sand is slimy it's cyano. Red stuff probably is too.

I got some cyano after I killed the bryo with the fluconazole. It went away one I did the water changes.
Dead rotting algae in the tank will do that it seems.
