It's hard to see in the photo but it looks like a white spiky ball thing also there are some white specs in the other circle, are they pests?

Take it out if you are in doubt. Is it hard? if not it can be sponge
It's vary soft, and on the other side of the coral there was in a crack what look to be eggs, so the coral is the QT now.

Appears to be a pineapple sponge. The small round white things look like spirorbid worms. Both are harmless and tend to die out as the tank matures.

ok thank you, I'll keep it in theQT for a week just to make sure.

I did a freshwater dip on it, and I left it it the freshwater too long, So did I fill my coral? I know it's diyng, but is it too late to save it?

It may recover. I recommend putting it in the tank and leave it to try and recover. Don't move it or make any major changes to the chemistry of the tank.

And may I offer some advice. Don't worry about pests/undesirables too much. You will do more damage trying to eradicate them than if you just left them alone.
