What is this???

I have 3 of these in my tank and one in the other. I have one under a rock and the tentacles get to be about 1 1/2" long. It's moved down the rock about an inch since yesterday. We turned on a water mover yesterday and just about blew it off the rock! It didn't like that at all lol we turned off the water mover, way too strong for the small tank. These are very pink

That's a spaghetti worm, not sure if it from Italy but it's a good guy to have.

Just thought of something. How big do these guys get?? They are really kinda ugly and I have 3 already do they multiply quickly? Do they grow quickly? Are they beneficial to the tank?

If I ever been in Italy...... in the 80's hanging with Erros was a blast.
