Hi,

I want to ask what is this guy suffering? Sometimes it have white spots thought it was ich, sometimes black spots thouht the ich was falling from the fish.

Now he look like this.

He have been eating well no problem for like 3 weeks. I couldnt get him out of the main tank till now. Have it in qt.

What i am dealing with to know how to treat it? Thank you

(Also trying to catch the other fishes to go empty for a while on the dt)

Looks like ich.
Best bet is to get everyone into quarantine and let the tank sit empty for approximately 76-78 days.

Sounds like you've got the right idea, yup!

As far as medicating the QT tank, it will depend upon the types of fish you have. In general, however, you can either dose in copper (slowly bringing up the concentration until it gets up to medical levels) or start a "Tank Transfer Method" process once you've got them all in QT. You can use TTM no matter what, but some fish don't do well with copper. If you can tell us your stocking list, that'll help.

Cant do TTM i dont have any other tank.

I only have 3 fishes

One clownfish
And domino damsel
And the tang.

I dont have cupramine on hand so i will start with general cure (saw a white string poop a few days ago) might be constipated because of the mysis tho, but just in case.

Sounds like you have multiple issues going on here: Parasites, turbellarians (black spots) and also intestinal worms (white string poop).

Dosing General Cure is a good start, but you'll also need to soak it in their food (for the intestinal worms) using Seachem Focus to bind the medication: http://www.seachem.com/focus.php
