I have a frag rack in the DD that I call the dead coral rack that I use for the corals I nuked but still have a small area of flesh left.
Anyway something I noticed about a month and a half ago was this sprinkling of small, white, shiny bits of stuff all over the rock and frag racks. I was thinking it was a sponge or possibly white flatworms.
Well about 2 weeks ago all the pretty much dead corals had this white trail of stuff growing all over them snuffing out any bits of life left.
Cant find anything on the site that resembles this. Can someone help ID and do I have to worry about the good coral in my tank.
In this photo you can see the larger, singular white pieces that I initially saw on the rocks and frag rack. And also the trails of white stuff growing on the frags. Are the two interconnected, any idea what they are?
