Bangaii Cardinal has a brownish spot on it’s abdomen... Injury? bacterial infection? tumor? Any idea if it’s something to be concerned about?

Looks like an infected spot, perhaps an abscess or tumor, but it’s hard to tell for sure.

Is it raised or flat with the fish?

Either way, until we get clarification I’d have kanaplex, metroplex, and furan 2 ready to treat in a quarantine just in case, and acriflavine for a bath.

It appears slightly raised. I have all those meds on hand. Should i monitor for a few days? or pull him and treat now? Here’s another pic in white light.

That almost looks as though something has pushed its way out from the fish's abdomen.

He seems to be doing fine, no behavioral symptoms at all. He does sometimes swim around my bubble tip anemone, would a sting look like that?

A sting would generally show dark discoloration like that, but this looks almost like a separate object within the skin to me. Am I seeing that correctly?

Yes, that’s what it seems. Tumor? I’ve had him for about 3 months, went through qt with 2 rounds of prazipro and then copper. He seems fine, but it looks concerning.

Not sure about a tumor, possibly a cyst of some sort. I've seen skin parasites and ingrown hairs that offered a similar appearance, but that was in humans, reptiles and the like.

@melypr1985 or @Humblefish may have seen something like this in fish . . .

it looks to me like a sting. Hypermelanization (which I can't spell at all) will look like a dark spot like that and can often have swelling involved too.

Vitamins in the food and epsom salt dosed in the tank should help with both of those things. Keep a close eye on him in the mean time and make sure it doesn't get worse. If it does, then it's likely something else.
