Its called Dictyota, some naso tangs and rabbitfish may eat it but its a tough one to be rid of. I know someone who had it and almost broke down the tank till finally a naso he got ate it.

Man that was hard to get rid off. I had to manually remove that stuff or chip off the rock where its growing plus hooking up a phosban reactor to help. My cleanup crew never bothered with it.
That stuffs bad news you get rid of it? Hope your not selling frags with that stuff on it, ive heard it can ruin tanks pretty quickly.
why didnt you clean everything before setting it back up?Is the hair agae still growing on the frag plues?
