Just dipped my new pipe coral and noticed a worm thing fall off it.
It didn't end up in my tank but was it good or bad?

Probably - but it would also kill your coral.

A second dip after the eggs hatch, but before the hatchlings lay new eggs, is what most recommend. Might take several dips to do the job, and generally handled while the new coral is in QT.

So I dipped again today, nothing came off and couldn't see any eggs or pests. Back into display it went.
Then tonight after lights out shone a torch on the coral and found a weird spider looking thing and what seems to be another white worm!
Should I be making a stronger dip to get these off?
I don't have a coral qt

Your "weird spider-lookin' thing" may be a micro brittle star - gentle filter feeders and detritivores that are good to have around. The "white worm" ... may or may not be a worm. I've also seen some sponges look similar. It might also be the tube of a feather-duster, equally harmless.

Ah ok. I'm sure it has legs like a spider/crab sort of thing, If it is a brittle star I'm not sure if I should dip again or just leave it?
Half of the coral comes out but other half stays in

I usually dip. And try to get any visible bumps. Or colors off the peg and coral it’s self. scraping with a fresh razor blade
