I wouldn’t say good or bad. They won’t sting things or grow crazy like aiptasia or majanos so definitely not bad. But if you like the look they are good

Looks like feather duster

Thats what it is, a little Sabellidae feather duster.

Ah cool thanks. I couldn't seem to figure it out since it's orange and white. And had little things coming out of the middle
