What is this?

hello everyone

Can somebody tell me what this brown stuff is? I got them all over my rock and even on some of my corals. How can i get rid of them?

Looks like the flatworm retrogramma...do they blow off easily?? If so i suggest manual removal start a siphon with some tubing and run it into a filter sock and sucks out as many as you can...and repeat...
