What is this?

Can anyone tell me what this is? Swims very fast, my guess is brine shrimp but I'm not too sure.

Have you introduced brine to the tank in form of dry foods? Looks like a good ID if the unknown is swimming.
 
Look like brine shrimp.
 
Looks more like a nudibranch to me as well, though not a species I'm familiar with.

Most nudis feed on some sort of cnidarian - either an anemone or a coral - and transfer the stings to their own skin. If it's a nudi, there's a good chance it's eating something you like.

Nudibranch do not swim very fast, so if this swimming through the water column it's probably an arthropod type critter.
 
They do have antennas, I'm not sure it is a brine shrimp either just because of the way they swim. Uploaded a video:
 
Yeah looks to furry to be a Brine, hmmmm. Epitoke would be my next guess (as already suggested by Bruce) and they swim very fast.
