What is this????

While moving 1 of my Trachy into the new tank, this came off from underneath the flesh and it is pear shaped with what looks like a split stem coming from the top. it's about 1/2" in length.

Any ideas on what it is??

Pineapple sponge. Not harmful at all

Thanks @Maggie321 I was thinking that but it is the biggest one I've seen
