I have seen clusters of these in my tank for a while and thought it was some weird algae. They look like little plates on the rocks but I just found some on the glass and they look like tiny worms or aptasia.

Should I be worried?

Flatworms.

And you got quite a few of them. Different ways to go about treating. Just do a search on flatworms...there are already hundreds of threads on treatments/experiences.

I personally used Salifert Flatworm Exit once (reef safe), but it didn't kill them all and the population started coming back. I ended up just purchasing a melanurus wrasse and that fish for the most part has kept their population near diminished.

Not to fret though...they aren't the worst thing to have in your tank!
