What is this?

I got a plug of zoas today from the store and I noticed some reddish brown looking legs coming from it. Wasn't sure if it was a small starfish or what. I sprayed with some salt water and syringes and this is what I sucked out. What is this and is it bad?ATTACH=full]796020[/ATTACH]

Could it be just a bristle worm and can I put the zoas in the tank?

It has been identified as a spaghetti worm so am all good
