The sand? Looks like some kind of brown worm with a 100 arms! Figured i turn

I’m actually taking a break from darts I’ve been keeping them for 10+ years. I traded a couple tanks for my 75gal reef setup and I sold my breeding pairs to a buddy of mine.
Feels strange I keep going in to look at the frogs out of habit!
