What is this??

Hey guys. I have these little white "roots" growing on my trumpet coral's stalk. They're getting longer and multiplying. I now see a few growing on my torch's base as well. Can't find anything on google.. any help??

Yeah? I have seen the long white digitate hydroids in my tank in the beginning, and I've seen pictures of colonial hydroids online, but what type are these?? And thanks for the reply btw

Branching hydroids I suspect cut back on feeding, they consume leftover floating food and their numbers should dwindle lol
