I noticed some zoas that were partially closed, upon closer inspection I’ve found something on the side.. no clue what it is, if anything. Anyone have any ideas?
 
I’d take the frag and dip it. If it’s a type of pest it may fall right off. If you are referring to the part that seems to be sticking out at the base of the colony I’m not 100% positive what it is. Maybe a quick Frag/cut to that portion may do the trick followed by a revive dip? The pictures don’t show a clear indication of what may be the culprit but maybe what I’ve suggested may get you closer to an answer! Good Luck

I agree, try dipping it. hard to tell in pics but might be very tiny nudi's that love Zoas. They also cause Zoas to close up.
Also, see if you can wipe it off with a small blade or something.
 
Honestly the picture is super blurry... I see a few white spots? If so then possibly zoapox?
