My tank has been running about a month and starting to develop some uglies. I'm not sure if any of this should be of concern or natural and let it run its course.

The last picture is in my sump and is hard to see. I can put a different light on it and get better pictures if needed.

Natural part of the cycle. I see diatoms, what may be hair algae/dinoflagellates.

Did you use RODI water when you booted your tank up? Have you tested parameters?

It should run its course.

All water is RODI water showing 0 TDS. I have very little faith in my water testing accuracy since I'm partially color blind, but best I can tell:
Ph 8.2
Ammonia 0.25
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 0
Calcium 330
Alkalinity 8.4

Looks like the initial diatom bloom with a bit of hair algae. Should go away on its own with time.

Yup, you are still in the early stages of your cycle. :) Keep waiting!

I suspect the only reason your nitrates still show zero is because the hair algae is consuming them.
