What is this?

What is this stuff? It looks like cyano but it feels like hair algae, I tried scrubbing it with a tooth brush and it did barely anything to it, very hard to remove. Seems to be growing on a couple frags

What color is it?

Does it look like little ferns?

Its red in color, looks fuzzy. Those are under t5s let me try to take one with my phones flash

Thank you that's very helpful, it looks like that cotton candy algae, the only difference is that this one was hard to remove. I'll try to get a better clean up crew to help
