I have long brown filaments with silver bubbles on top? What is this? Could it be brown Jelly disease? See the filaments with the small silver ball, like Christmas Ornaments.

Dinoflagellates, they are a pain. I believe they feed mostly on silacates. Somehow extra nutrients have gotten into your tank

You're thinking of diatoms and silicates. Dinos are much more difficult to starve out.
