What is this?

I just noticed this tonight. I just recently started up a new tank. I added new live rock and moved everything over from my smaller tank. I got fairly close to it with the injector thing I use to spot feed my corals it it reacted quickly by moving to the side. I went away for 20ish seconds and when I came back it was already gone.Does anybody know what it is and if it is safe to keep in the tank?(Sorry for the bad pictures, I couldn’t get anything better.)

Hard to tell from the picture, but it looks like a type of sea spider. Not sure though. Need a better picture.
