Looks like a trumpet coral to me, any thoughts?

Favites also called a moon brain or a closed brain.

And by the looks of the photo it doesn't seem to be doing good either

It was actually just placed In the tank prior to the picture. Was more inflated in the LFS.
 
This is a trumpet coral and they branch they dont grow like the photo they posted.

It looked similar to that (with less heads) in LFS. This pick was taken shortly after it was introduced to the tank after acclimation.

Seems to be doing much better. Should the rings be inflated though?

Do I have to worry about it stinging the mushrooms on the same rock?
 
Here’s an update pic of it. Seems to be adjusting quite well. What do you guys recommend I feed it?

Feed it a couple pieces of mysis every couple of days might help it. Surely couldn't hurt.
 
+1 to small meaty foods and often. Looks to still be receding its flesh.
