So what are these in my sand bed? lol. They seem to be little tunnels for something else that is smaller, at least thats what I think I saw. I also have some small white round worm looking things on the glass, but only near the intake. The worm things are skinny, but rolled up into a ball. I think they're good guys, just forget the name, and I couldn't get a picture of them.

Also, the sand bed isn't as green and nasty as it looks, LOL. It just happens to be nasty in this one spot.

You’ve got worms ;)
Hard to tell from the pic however. Just had a friends tank with a similar problem. He used a turkey baster to try to suck them out of the sand. Didn’t work...sand everywhere and worms scattered.

Oh no!! How do I get rid of them?!! Also, I haven’t really seen the worms. Just their tunnels.
If they are spaghetti worms or even bristle worm trials in the sand they are both good guys and no need to worry as for the worms on your glass you can Google spirorbid worms and see if they match what you have. If they are they are harmless filter feeders.

Alright, I got a glimpse of one of the worms when I was moving around my aquascape last night. At first I thought it might be a flat worm, but it was too lanky for that I think. I'm thinking bristle worm. It was red and yellow from what I got to see and I think I saw the setae, but I'm not sure. It was only about half an inch long. As for the spirorbid worms, thats what they are, I just couldn't remember the name, haha.
