What is white spots on puffer

Unfortunately my friend I cannot see anything wrong here. Try multiple pictures from different angles. It would also help if you steer our eyes to where on the fish the spot is.

I'm not grear with puffers and I also don't see any white spot however he looks very malnourished and thin

I can see a little of what might be a little lympho or a nip on the tail, but I agree that fish needs some serious feeding and soon. Puffers need big meaty foods (clam, mussels, krill, etc), I'd start out with smaller pieces several times a day and work your way up. Also, soaking foods in a vitamin supplement like Zoe or Vita-chem is also a very good idea.

Looks a lot like the puffer i had pre jump. The tips had a white look at the ends but it was never an issue.

Have you seen any white-stringy poop? If it's eating well, but still very thin it could be suffering intestinal parasites. White stringy poop would be the indicator.
