have an explosion of these worms. I don’t think it’s bothering anything . They seem to have a little dot a few mm behind its head.

Looks like bristle worms and they are a good part of your CUC. They eat detritus and left over food. Their population will come and go with your feeding habits.

They look like bristle worms, they are usually harmless but they attacked my clam for a little and can grow too big and knock over everything

Yep bristle worm they will clean your sand but they multiply fast and can get big.

It’s def not a bristle worm. I’ve seen bristle worms before and these are not it.
