I found this on one of my rocks. It’s bright green and branches. It’s to the left of the pic on the rock. Anyone have a guess?

Absolutely
All my rock work is glued together so I don't have the option sadly.

Agree looks like bryopsis, post pics with no whites and overall don’t freak out. There’s stuff that will wipe it out but need to be careful about the sources etc.

Here’s a pic with lights off. Getting ready to remove the rock and scrub it

Ok I can’t scrub all of it off. It’s pesky stuff. Can I just treat this rock or ditch it?

Here’s what it looked like before I scrubbed it, with no lights.

Could it be just green hair algae? I looked at pics of bryopsis and it looks more feathery. Mine looks like sticks.

Many many strands of bryopsis. Try soaking that one rock in straight RODI water over night then re scrub and that should do it.

Ok. There were two small rocks. They’re in RODI now. I don’t see it anywhere else. Thanks!!!

You’re welcome! Now sit back relax and enjoy your weekend with a beverage of choice!

What are you no3 and PO4 levels?

What are you no3 and PO4 levels?
Po4 is 0 and No3 is 3-5ppm. I’m actually dosing po4. It bottomed out a while ago and the whole tank had this furry brown stuff. I treated with reefflux and it’s gone. I also noticed this on on one of the rock islands. Part of it is the flow. I have a gyre 1k on one side and it blows all the gunk onto these rocks. I blow them off with a turkey baster daily but it comes right back. Here’s the stuff I saw today.

It looks like regular gfa to me, totally different than the other stuff. Any help is appreciated!
