No definite idea, but wondering if it could be a 'bounce' deformity of the blasto.
Coenosarc swollen up and those structures on it would be blasto polyps that have shrunk, perhaps.

Some kinda tunicate mine has spots, hairy, the mouths when I got it at first had tentacles, now mouths look like trumpets. Mine shrivels up when it senses light, vibrations. My thoughts

Now if it grows more polyps then it's something else you're on your own.

My opinion is that's a colony of zoanthids cropping up.
The two protrusions do look like shriveled polyps but can zoa's really spread out a huge base with only a few polyps?

All most looks like a sea cucumber.
It does, if not for the odd protrusions. I have never seen it move

Have you looked how it look like when the light is off?

Sincerely Lasse
I haven't. I've seen it for the past few weeks but it looked like a section of skeleton that was growing out. It is almost completely hidden when the LPS is puffed out. The LPS was shrunken this morning which is when I saw it looked crazy. When I got home from work I had to irritate the LPS to expose again to get these pictures.

I kinda thought that too. No idea how big they get. I thought they tended to be small.

Mine is about an inch and a quarter long , half an inch wide and keeps growing. But if it produces more polyps I don't know what to say. And I forgot to mention I have a colony of sun polyp coral that's fastened to it so when it expands and contracts the sun polyp coral moves to.

Thats the best explanation so far.

It almost looks like a duncan coral struggling to grow. But the bulbular tips of the the polyps leads me to think it's a different kind of coral. Do you have anything in the tank that looks similar at all?
Nope, nothing even close. The closest thing I have are the zoa's. And the mouth/polyp things do look like shriveled zoas.

they do but it's the bulbs on the tips that throw me! could it be a different morph of blastos? i'm not too familiar with them.

Can you get a closer picture of the tentacles. In one of the pictures it’s blurry but they appear to have a bulb tip.
I can try again tomorrow. I'll use a stronger lens and get a macro of just the tentacles if I can.

Ya I have not seen anything quite like that before but the bulb tips and multiple heads leads me to think it’s a cnidarian of some sort. With a clearer picture of some structural features including the tentacles and possibly the oral disc I can try and figure out what it is.

I will say you are braver then I am. It may end up being harmless but I’m paranoid and would have injected it with lemon juice about 10 seconds after I spotted it [emoji23]
