Hi! Anyone know what on earth this is? I found it in the back of my Biocube on a pump. Only one I see so far. Thanks!

Looks like a single polyp of a coral like a aleveopora? It looks like the right number of lobes and it looks like it has a mouth in the middle of the disk.

Is it getting any good light where it's at?

If so, I'd leave it for now. If not, I'd remove it and put it on a frag plug or a small flat spot on a piece of rubble rock and put it in the tank.

I was wondering that. I have a green and yellow torch with a few heads. I have some hammers and frogspawn as well. It is in the back of the tank on a pump, definitely getting light, but I would consider it low light.

Does anyone have any experience moving something like this? So it is attached to my skimmer pump and is getting very little to no light. I would like to move it, has anyone ever done this or is their a good possibility of killing it?

I've removed pocilloporas growing on glass and powerheads before, is not too hard they come right off. Good luck.
